On June 13th, 2017, I experienced an extremely deep and personal loss of my daughter, my friend, MADISYN SEARS. Sadly, Madisyn succumbed to her death mid evening that day, all alone. Madisyn’s two sons; Bentley 3 and Masyn 5 days old, as well as her brother Marcus 7 were left to grieve the loss of their mother and sister. 

Through experiencing this devastating loss: I Sherri, will be my daughter’s voice: along with family, friends and community. As a result – MADISYN’S MOVEMENT WAS BORNE: to encourage others struggling with mental health, trauma and/or substance use disorder of all ages.
